Larry and Michael had become completely different people since their encounter with the Trait Swapper. No longer were they colleagues working at the same firm, they had become BFFs. When Larry invited Michael to his house for a sleepover, he told his BFF about his favorite program.
With his eyes sparkling with excitement, Larry replied, “Oh! You have to hear about my favorite show! It’s called ‘Rainbow Dreams,’ and it’s all about this super magical unicorn named Sparkle!”
Michael tilted his head, intrigued. “What makes Sparkle so special?”
Larry clapped his hands and beamed. “Sparkle has a shiny, rainbow-colored mane that glows when she’s happy! She can also travel to different magical worlds through her special dreams. Each episode, she goes on an adventure with her friends, like a wise old owl named Oliver and a bubbly little fairy named Tilly.”
“Wow! What kind of adventures do they go on?” Michael asked, his eyes widening.
“They do all sorts of things! One time, they had to save the Dreamland Festival from the Grumpy Cloud, who wanted to rain all over it!” Larry rushed on, gesturing animatedly. “Sparkle used her magic to create a rainbow bridge to reach the Grumpy Cloud and showed him how to have fun, so he wouldn’t be grumpy anymore!”
“That sounds so cool! I love rainbows!” Michael exclaimed.
“Me too!” Larry nodded enthusiastically. “And the best part is, every time Sparkle helps someone, she learns something new about friendship and kindness. It always makes me feel so happy! And the songs are really catchy too; I sing them all the time!”
Michael smiled. “I want to watch it with you! Can we have a Rainbow Dreams marathon?”
“Yay! Absolutely!” Larry cheered, jumping up. “We can make rainbow snacks and pretend to go on an adventure like Sparkle!”
And as they dashed off to Larry's house, the magic of Sparkle and her friends filled the air, promising a fun-filled day ahead.
